This beautifully designed 3400 ft.² house with 5-bedroom, 6-bath home sits inside the exclusive gated community of Destiny East, one of Destin’s most loved neighborhoods for its luxury amenities, peaceful streets, and quick walk to the beach.
Step inside and you’ll instantly feel that this place was built for shared experiences. You’ve got beautiful interiors, multiple covered balconies and porches, and three living areas—perfect for everything from morning coffee chats to late-night “one more game” moments. And because comfort is king, every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. No lines. No chaos. No kidding.
The layout is ideal for multi-generational families, friend groups, couples traveling together, or that once-a-year beach escape where everyone suddenly remembers how fun it is to just be together.
And yes—Huxley’s House is dog-friendly (4 maximum dogs – $175 per dog extra fee), so your furry family members get to join the adventure too. (Because let’s be honest… dogs deserve beach days just as much as we do.) **Although dogs are not permitted directly on the beach.**
To keep the vibes extra breezy, your stay includes an LSV (Low Speed Vehicle/golf cart) for effortless beach runs or exploring along Scenic 98. Electric cars are welcome as well, thanks to Tesla chargers in the garage.
Within the gated community of Destiny East, you’ll find more amenities than most resorts: a huge seasonally heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, a playground for the kids, and even a community movie theater. Basically, no one in your group can ever complain they’re bored.
And the beach? Just 320 yards to the James Lee Park access, where emerald water and powder-soft sand set the scene for your crew’s next photo album. Snorkel lovers can explore the Dolphin Reef just down the shoreline.
