On the south-facing balcony of this ideally located vacation apartment in Vence, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the picturesque old town of Vence.

The living/dining room features a wood-burning stove, which creates a romantic atmosphere in winter, and a modern split air conditioning system, which keeps you cool in summer.

The media corner in the living area is equipped with a modern satellite receiver with which you can receive German and international TV and radio programmes in HD quality. Connections for streaming films with your own accessories such as Apple TV, Amazon Fire are available. There is also an internet radio with CD player in the reading room.

The 120 x 200 cm large, comfortable sofa in the adjoining, modern reading room is a quiet and secluded place to browse. The sofa can also be used as a bed for a third person. The room also has a large chest of drawers and plenty of storage space.

The new, modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, 80 cm wide oven, fridge-freezer, sink, dishwasher, KitchenAid, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino. The kitchen's sophisticated equipment allows you to fulfil your cooking wishes. There are plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils.

Through the kitchen you enter the north/west-facing balcony with views of the Baou mountains, the Matisse chapel and the Lubiane valley. Here you can enjoy the sunset and end the day in style with a nice glass of wine. With its two balconies facing south and north/west, the flat is perfect for both sun worshippers and those seeking shade. In summer, shutters keep the flat pleasantly cool.

The bedroom is furnished with a new 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed and wardrobe. A ceiling fan keeps the room pleasantly cool in summer. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
