Your cozy getaway awaits in Denver at this adorable house. With three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests will find plenty of space to relax. The home includes three bathrooms, one of which offers a jetted bathtub for a soothing soak. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. An iron and hair dryer are also available to make your stay easy and convenient. This welcoming retreat invites guests to unwind and enjoy a peaceful escape. **HOUSE RULES:**

No Pets of any kind ever.

Maximum occupancy: 6 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

No smoking in the home.

No parties or events to be held at the property.

Please note there is a Ring Video Doorbell on the exterior of this home and Ring Video Cameras around the exterior of the property.

Our stay at Steve's house was delightful. The house was immaculate, well furnished, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The house is across from a lovely park and within walking distance to stores. Working with Steve was a breeze - he answered all our questions before we arrived and made it clear that he was there to help, should we need anything. Highly recommend!

This is very good property to stay in. Steve is a great host and immediately responded to any issues we had. I definitely recommend this one. By the way it has ample street parking never an issue. And Steve's food recommendations couldn't be any better: al the restaurants we visited were very good. And I am a picky eater. Just know before 7 pm they are very busy - but after 8 pm it is easy to just walk in and get seated.

We were here to meet our first grandchild so we didn’t spend much time at the house, but it was in perfect condition. The beds were amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding.The only thing I would recommend is putting better lighting out in front, a few directions on how to adjust heater and work your television ,but other than that, the house was fabulous. We checked out around 9:40 this morning. STEVE, I did send in an email previously that there was a piece of the trim that was on the floor. I sent that photo to you earlier.

We had a great stay! Great spot in Capitol Hill. A park right across the street was lovely for our son to get some wiggles out. House was cozy and clean. Steve was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had a great time!

I live across the street from Alimo Placita Park. Its a very quiet neighborhood but only a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The location is perfect because you are close to both downtown and the Cherry Creek Shopping area.
