The Perfect Stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The best we've had in OBA! And we've been coming for 12 years! The perfect set up and the house was clean, trendy and so homey! The perfect home away from home! Will definitely rent this one again!

Amazing Rental

I hate to say how amazing this place is because I want it to always be available when I need it !!!! Beautiful high end home. Everything you need, great pool, very short walk to beach. All beds extremely comfortable. All furniture extremely comfortable. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is remarkable! We had the best experience here. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. Pool and beach were easily accessible and just steps away. We will definitely book this house again!

House was as described. Very well stocked and. Close to the pool, close to the beach and close to restaurants. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and there’s a flight of stairs to get in the house so be forewarned. Didn’t bother us, but elderly may have issues. Beautifully laid out, can’t say enough about how perfect this was for us. If you like communication then this is the place. The property management was very communicative and responsive. Loved that. Will be back!

The overall experience was fantastic. Communication was seamless, the home was spotless and smelled delightful, and it was exactly as described. We enjoyed a quick stroll to the beach right on the property. We’ll definitely be back next year. The only downside was the absence of a barbecue pit. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just PerfectI

It was a pleasure to work with Beachball Properties. I would recommend them to anyone. Communication from booking to check out was great. Hammock Dunes D is a gorgeous home. It was incredibly clean with a well appointed kitchen and spacious rooms with beautiful decor. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Beachball Properties for providing a wonderful experience for our 42nd anniversary.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was really nice and the location as great! The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm for our taste. But they provided several fans. The only issues was with another guest group. They brought their dog to the pool mulitple times and it was not well behaved, causing us to avoid the pool area for our trip.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautifully furnished and decorated, and it was stocked with all the essentials, including a steamer, hair dryers, extra pillows and blankets, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the covered parking underneath the house, which kept our car out of the sun. The walk to the pool and beach was very short and convenient, and even in the middle of summer, the pool was never overly crowded. The location is also excellent, with stores and restaurants just a short drive away. The Wi‑Fi was occasionally spotty, and the TV sometimes struggled to maintain a signal, but honestly, it gave us even more time to play games, relax, and enjoy being together. Overall, this is a fantastic beach house, and we would absolutely stay here again. We can't wait to come back!

Luxury experience

We felt like we were being hosted by the very best at this home. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but every thoughtful detail made it feel like a friend was welcoming us into their space. From the chargers by the bed to the steamer and hair dryer neatly tucked under the bathroom counter, hangers in every closet, and even a hidden scent machine that kept the house smelling like a luxury hotel—everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. And that's just inside the house! We loved how short the walk to the beach was, and the shared pool felt almost private because it was never crowded during our stay. The location was also fantastic we were close to everything we wanted to do, and whenever we needed to drive somewhere, it was always just a short trip away. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Girls' Retreat

This cottage is stunning! We just returned from an off-season girls' trip and are still basking in the memories of our stay. The beach access was very close for afternoon strolls. Wolf Bay Restaurant was a just short drive. The balcony was comfortable and private for martini hour. But the best part was the inside of the cottage itself! So tastefully decorated. We felt as if we were in a Coastal Living spread! Every amenity was offered. From the glorious beds to the perfectly stocked kitchen, one could not ask for better, or more. Thank you so much for such a great stay - we can't wait to come back soon!

Beautiful Property & So Convenient!

This property is so perfect! A short walk to the beach and so very comfortable after a day in the sun. Hammock Dunes D was the best home away from home - the beds were comfortable and the balcony was the perfect hangout spot for late night drinks and convos. Only complaints (if you could call them that) is that this property does not have a grill... all the other homes across the way or next door had a grill - it would have been nice to do hamburgers and hot dogs on a charcoal grill. Other thing we noticed is the overhead outdoor shower downstairs does not work... we could only use the spigot for our feet which made for some sandy floors upstairs. All in all we will be back and will be booking this property again as soon as we can!
