Discover this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offering 1177 sq. ft. of stylish living space! With a 2-car garage, modern chef's kitchen island, and brand new flooring, this unit delivers a fresh, elevated living experience. The home is furnished with brand new furniture, including a sectional sofa with two recliners and a single recliner, perfect for relaxing while watching the huge flat-screen TV in the living room. Both bedrooms feature additional flat-screen TVs for added comfort. Step outside your back door to enjoy the pool and BBQ area for ultimate relaxation.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge and a full service tennis program.

There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only.

They should install a digital lock on the door to eliminate having to go to their office to pick up a key. Unit was very clean. Kitchen and appliances were excellent as were the bathrooms. Carpet and blinds are fairly worn. Could use more shade on the patio. Excellent location in terms of closeness to the pool. Loved having the garage. Washer/dryer should be updated to high efficiencyunits. Was a good choice for us overall
