Come Stay at Back 9, a 2bd/2ba condo in the beautiful community of Desert Falls that's newly remodeled and your new vacation home away. 🏝
We are a 1360 sqft home on the second story with all new flooring throughout with central ac and vaulted ceilings.

Inside the unit you’ll find brand new modern furnishings, luxury bedding and linens with a fully stocked kitchen. The large main bedroom has a king size bed, windows overlooking the golf course, access to the balcony and two large closets. The en suite bathroom has been recently remodeled with a double vanity, large shower and fully stocked with spa like toiletries. The second bedroom with a queen size bed also has an adjoining bathroom with full shower.🚿
The main living room has glass doors leading out to the spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy a coffee ☕️, sunbathe or have a meal with the golf course view.

Lounge on the large sectional couch and watch tv in front of the gas fireplace or play one of the provided board games to take a break from the desert sun. Or chill by one of the pools that's only across the street!
We have a dining table with seating for four guests both inside of the kitchen as well as in a separate dining room. You’ll find everything you need in the spacious kitchen to cook and enjoy meals at home. We have a traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Chemex, tea kettle, milk frother and a Nutri bullet for smoothies. Equipped with new stainless steel appliances including an ice maker and water filter in the fridge, oven with range and microwave.
The house is set for you to enjoy a weekend away or a month settling in. 🏖

Terrific stay

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the grounds and location were amazing. We especially enjoyed the fitness facility and tennis courts. We would gladly stay here again. Also the property manager (Kelly) was very easy to get a hold off, well organized and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at this upper floor condo. Nice neighborhood with plenty of pools to choose from! Would have enjoyed more seating options and table on the balcony, but since it was very hot, didn't spend much time out there. Nice view of the golf course. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen.

Great stay for Tennis Tournament

My Dad and I stayed here for the BNP Paribas Tennis tournament and it was the perfect location! With 10 min of the tennis center, very clean, clear communication with the hosts. Definitely recommend!

Great warm weather get away

We stayed at the Modern Boho home for an extended birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! Very cozy and spacious home with all the accommodations needed! Great location to sight see palm desert or just relax by the pool! We will be back!

Golf Getaway

Great Palm Desert Venue

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. The condo is very nice, well stocked and in a great location. The use of the facilities at the country club was an added bonus and Kelly is an excellent host.

Best place to stay!

This condo is really the best place to stay. It had absolutely everything you could need, great location overlooking the golf course, and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was outstanding and all the condo information was clear and very helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Great Palm Desert getaway

We had a great week at this property and surrounding area! Accommodations were comfortable and the unit was well equipped. Nice resort community and access to all the pools was amazing. Quite a central location which made visits to Palm Springs, La Quinta, Joshua Tree and more quite easy. Thank you!

Just perfect!

This condo had everything you could need. Furnishings were really nice and incredible view of the golf course. Condo was exceptionally clean and secure. Communication was excellent and information was all included as to check in and condo. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Sweet condo in Desert Falls

Pictures and real life matched up. Good location if you want to be in Palm desert. Decent gym and golf facilities. Quiet. Liked the large terrace overlooking the fairway, the fireplace for those chilly desert nights, and the shutters to keep the sleeping quarters dark.

Perfect Palm Desert Pad

Great 2 bedroom condo located in a quiet community inPalm Desert. 15 minutes from El Paseo Shopping District and Indian Wells Tennis Stadium. Good location. Safe. Clean. Property manager was very quick to respond. Large master with en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom as well. Perfect location for a weekend getaway.

Comfortable place and great location.

Every thing was great! Close to a pool, close to lots of restaurants. Great walkable neighborhood. Afternoon sun on patio in afternoon gets a little hot. Stairs are not for people who hate stairs. Overall, good value and we had a wonderful time. Desert Springs Spa is very close and worth the price. Spent the entire day there. Thanks to the owner who we never had to contact. One recommendation is to lubricate the sliding door to patio.

Excellent location, unit, and communication

We choose the location close to an event we were attending in Palm Dessert. The unit is clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable for 4 adults. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and wonderful to be able to sit outside on the porch and watch the golfers. We did not use any of the pools but walked by and they looked great and well cared for. We reached out a few times to the owner and she was very fast to reply. Communication prior to arrival was excellent as well. I would recommend this place.
