Fully remodeled and full of charm! Our cozy bungalow in the heart of Palisade

This adorable bungalow is the perfect home base to spend time to Palisade Colorado's wine country. Walk to everything! We are 2 blocks from the main town square, Farmer's markets, 3 blocks from public pickleball courts, wine tastings, music, events, restaurants and so much more!

(Due to local regulations, a minimum 30 day stay is required. Guests must complete a background check and sign a Colorado rental agreement as required by state law before approval).

Our home, originally built in 1900 and brought back to life with a full remodel in 2021, offers charm and historic features such as original hardwood floors. With 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open laundry room, large country kitchen and adjoining living/dining, our home is incredibly inviting and cozy.

Our large outdoor space offers a huge outdoor pergola with seating around a warm fire. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or out - planning your next adventure, this charming house offers a fabulous retreat.

We had been looking for a place here for 14 years, and we finally found the perfect fit in the perfect location!
We love walking to everything in this adorable little town; restaurants, retail, live music, sunday farmer's markets, parks, pickleball courts, local hangouts, wine tastings, events and more. A quiet setting located in the heart of it all!

What makes this property unique

3 things make this home unique:
-Our bungalow is newly remodeled, exceptionally clean, and has been gently rented (normally only available in the Summer). It truly is a doll house with amenties that really make it feel very homey.
-The property is actually 2 lots, so our outdoor space is amazing! So many places to walk and enjoy the view of the Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa, or sit by the fire and gaze at stars.
-This location cant be beat, a quiet setting with walk-to access to everything town has to offer.
