Absolutely the cutest rental ! Very close to where I needed to be! Clean and safe area ! The host was awesome communicated well with me ! Check in and out was a breeze! Definitely want to stay here again!

only suggestion: a rug inside the door. Rain/water standing in the carport was very messy given frequent 'in/out', and of course, the dog. Russ

Great spot!

Great location, easy access to a number of spots in GJ. The studio has a small yard and a nice walking path behind it which made it perfect for our elderly dog. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect little property

Location was wonderful. Great parking off-street. Fenced-in yard was great for dogs. Interior was much more spacious than anticipated. The whole place was well decorated and adorable. Would definitely rent again!

Quiet and safe space

I loved staying in this little space. It was so quiet that I sat down to watch some television and fell asleep on the couch all night....both nights. I forgot my door code and had to bother the owner. They were not annoyed with me when I remembered it after I reached out to them. Oops. Very friendly owner, very quiet space, very clean and safe neighborhood. I am a female traveling alone and felt very safe in this space. Loved the porch swing, too. Highly recommended for 1 or 2 adults.

Perfect little place.

A great detached studio in a great location. It's on a corner but very quiet and private with a car port. Immaculately neat and clean. Enjoyed my stay very much!

My husband, two dogs, and I spent a very nice 4 nights here and enjoyed the walking path right next to the house. Quiet, close to everything, and not missing anything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Studio in central Grand Junction
