Beautiful house- great location between Balboa and Newport Piers - comfy beds - squeaky clean - excellent communication with the host - convenient parking - great value for the price- quiet neighbors!

I have had the pleasure of staying in 2 of Jeremy’s Units when my family decided to extend our stay! They were both well decorated and could sleep mult people. The couches and the beds were very comfy! I would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a warmer week in Newport than normal. The bedrooms portable AC were good, but the living area mini split wasn’t keeping the house cool. The location is great to walk to everything. The bed was nice and comfy. He was very responsive with questions before we checked in.

This place was absolutely amazing, it was cozy. It had everything I needed for my short stay. The host provided every bit of details needed for my stay. Host was great in communication and accommodating. Definitely coming back!

We loved this stay! The beds were huge and all the directions were super clear. The parking between two poles and two other cars in the back was so tight, though, that I did damage my front bumper. I also couldn't find the EV charger it had listed. I loved that there were some beach toys/boogie boards and the location was great.

All great except that they told us to start laundry for them , but we never found laundry code

Thanks Kelly! Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry for the disconnect on the laundry. We kindly ask guests to start the dishwasher to help the cleaning team (not laundry). And the laundry code is in the check-in messaging. No worries though! You guys were great!

It was a nice place overall, generally clean but not deep-clean (walls, baseboards, etc neglected). Very oddly, for a 2 bedroom with 3 people staying, there were only 2 bath towels provided (also no bath mat). Most concerning though was the fact that when I asked for a third towel, the contact person not only took a long time to respond but also stated they had no one available to address the issue. That was after the first night; and the entire rest of our stay (3 nights) there was no further reponse.

So sorry for the confusion. I didn't get a response from you. We provide extra towels but i believe you used them for the beach, along with laundry. But i've made a note for future guests. Appreciate it!
