Overall the site was great. Upon arrival though, there was a pile of rubble with broken concrete and other debris that we has to cleanup before we could set up.I like the fact that we were not all the way at the end of the canal where all the floating debris collects and stinks.

However, I am so sorry about the pile of rubble and debris you encountered upon arrival. You absolutely shouldn't have had to clean that up before setting up, and I've addressed this with our grounds team to ensure it doesn't happen again. This Rv site was nice for our RV & the seawall was perfect for our 21’ boat. Our first full day we were out fishing and came back to the concrete table broken. Not sure if the windstorm came while we were gone or it was just fragile from the saltwater. The palms are nice but could use a good trimming.We never found a storage box to use.
