This atmospheric and comfortable detached holiday home is located on holiday park Salvatorhoeve in Ouwerkerk. The house is situated near the water and in the middle of the creek area. It makes a perfect place to stay when you love hikes and cycling tours. Also, the cosy village Ouwerkerk can be found in the direct surroundings. Here, you can find a variety of restaurants, a small beach and the well-known Watersnoodmuseum. The neighbouring Zierikzee is also worth a visit.

The holiday home has an atmospheric living room with fireplace and dining area. The half open kitchen is fully equipped and very modern. Due to the large amount of windows, the house is very bright and provides you with lovely views over the garden and creek. The doors from the living room offer you direct access to the terrace and backyard of the house. Your children can play a game (on the playstation) or watch a movie on Amazon Prime or HBO while you light the fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine. The house features two bedrooms of which one has a bunkbed and the other has a double bed with an extra trundle bed.

In summer, the garden offers a lot of space for the children and/or dogs to play around. The garden is facing south and allows you to enjoy the sun and your privacy all day long on one of the two terraces. The garden is enclosed by a fence and hedge. One side of the garden borders to the water.

Wir waren ĂŒber Sylvester in Zeeland und haben uns wieder einmal sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön auf einem großen GrundstĂŒck am GewĂ€sser. Im Sommer ist das sicher noch viel schöner. Das GebĂ€ude ist großzĂŒgig mit einem schönen Bad. Leider knarzt der Fußboden an verschiedenen Stellen. Die indirekte Beleuchtung von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer erzeugt sehr viel AtmosphĂ€re. AufrĂ€umen oder Putzen funktioniert dadurch in der dunklen Jahreszeit nicht so gut. Letztlich war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen EinschrĂ€nkungen.

mooie ruime woning met veel ruimte buiten.

Lekker rustig. Wel een mededeling dat de tuin niet helemaal rondom is omheind, hierdoor kon de hond een keer ontsnappen. Ik begreep dat er verwacht wordt dat de hond in de tuin aangelijnd dient te worden, dit was een verrassing. Verder was alles naar wens en goed in orde.

Klein en rustig park. Veel privacy en goede bereikbaarheid. Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke tuin eromheen. Wel jammer van het achterstallig onderhoud. En de muffe geur in hal en slaapkamer.
