This house was very convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area. It was exactly as described and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of towels etc. and very close to restaurants.

The location and convenience of this little house was beyond expectations! So close to “everything” you could want (restaurants, shopping, hospital, fire department, etc). - literally a great location. And specifically for our purposes - the train station into DC is sooo close! The house is adorable and was the perfect size for our small family group. We spent very little time in the house as we had a full DC itinerary. Even though we did not use the kitchen - it was very well equipped; as were the bathrooms and bedrooms - we didn’t find anything missing!!!

Great spot to land each day after exploring. Location is near metro and access to Ft Belvoir. Plenty of space for family of 5 to spread out. We ate in each morning and evening. Had everything we needed except oven-safe pans, but we made it work. Would stay again!

Very clean, adorable property everything was fresh clean accessible plenty plenty of towels to use the showers the bidet I can’t speak enough of property. It was just simply gorgeous.

The home was clean and the parking was very conveniently located. The neighborhood seems safe, and we felt comfortable walking to the businesses nearby. There is a main highway very close to the home, so it is loud. However, they were doing road construction and paving all night during our stay. It might be more calm on other nights, but it was very difficult to rest.

The house was beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. You could tell that the host had taken lots of effort to make the guests feel very comfortable. The location too is very convenient to all the major points of interest. Most of all, the host was amazing. Extremely prompt and quick in communicating and responding to any questions we had. This was a really nice home with all the amenities you could want. Check-in and out was seemless. Even though it was only my wife and myself, there's plenty of space for a large family. Back yard and side deck provided us with the opportunity to get outside as well. There is limited parking in the circle driveway that's right off the main busy road, so be prepared for that. We recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to restaurants and the mall.

The selection of this residence was primarily influenced by its convenient ten-minute proximity to family, the adequate number of beds (5) & bedrooms(3) and the essential provision of two bathrooms. This rental property proved to be exceptional, characterized by its new furnishings and appliances. It consistently upheld a high standard of cleanliness and provided a generous supply of towels and comfortable bedding. The living and dining areas offered a spacious and open-plan layout. A notable amenity included the handheld bidet spray in the main level restroom. The large walk-in shower was also a significant highlight. Despite its location near the street, the interior maintained remarkable tranquility. Although our recent stay was brief, we anticipate returning next month with family.

This was a great location for our DC vacation. We were only a couple minutes away from the Metro station. The 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly for my family of 6. We had off street parking which was nice. The neighborhood was safe. Close to dining places and shopping also. I wish there would have been an outdoor grill for us to cook outdoors on. My only concern was some dog hair there which had 2 of my kids needing to take some allergy medicine while we were there. Otherwise, it was a nice relaxing stay and very convenient location.
