The apartment on 2 floors is located directly at the foot of the high ridge (1833 m) and Imbergs (1218 m). It is located in an apartment building with 8 residential units and is approximately 50 square meters in size and suitable for 2-3 people.
It particularly impresses with its spacious south-facing balcony and the large panoramic window in the living room with a clear view of the Hochgrat and the surrounding mountain landscape as well as the quiet location .. no street noise. The ringing of cowbells or the babbling of brooks sometimes break the silence.
The apartment is furnished in an Alpine style. The kitchen is new and very well equipped with dishwasher, BORA ceramic hob with extractor, oven, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and also a filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, hand blender, extensive cooking accessories such as pans, pots, plates, nice matching Dishes, cutlery, glasses etc.
Kitchen, bathroom with shower, living and dining area with cable flat screen TV and a sofa bed are located below. The bedroom with a red box spring bed for 2 people can be reached from the living room via a wooden staircase.
The apartment also includes a parking space, a lockable cellar room, a washing machine and dryer in the annex, as well as a small ski storage room or Bike room.

Due to the location on the outskirts, much is within walking distance:
