Finca in the classic style of a county house with a private pool and BBQ house. Finca Martorell is at only about 2.7 km distance from the Cala Mondragó beach and is comfortably furnished.

Finca Martorell is at only about 2.7 kilometres distance from the popular Cala Mondragó beach and about 3 kilometres distance from Porto Petro in the Southeast of the island. Porto Petro is a small fishing village with shops, restaurants and cafés. The finca is well situated to discover the island, to enjoy the variety of leisure activities offered in the holiday resort Cala d'Or or to visit the colourful Saturday market in Santanyí, which is also very popular for its fine-dining restaurants and elegant boutiques. The Southeast coast is famous for the beaches and coves and cyclists will appreciate the demanding and very scenic routes in this part of the island.

Finca Martorell is a traditional country house with 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. On the ground floor it offers a living room, a dining room and a large, fully fitted kitchen. Both dining room and the kitchen have access to the pool area. Furthermore, the ground floor features one twin bedroom and one bathroom.

On the first floor there are two mor bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. One of the bedroom is fitted with twin beds, the other one with a double bed. All three bathrooms have just been renovated and are modern and fitted with walk-in showers. There is air-conditioning available in all the bedrooms running on a timer.

The house offers central heating and is thus suitable for comfortable holidays year round. Heating is also running on a timer.

Finca Martorell offers an ample pool area framed by a sun terrace. There is pool house next to the pool with a full bathroom and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, worktop, sink and dining table.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
