Holiday home with private pool within walking distance of Cala d'Or harbour. Villa Jaime is a spacious holiday home for 8 people and ideal for guests who do not want to be dependent on a hire car.

Villa Jaime is located above the Cala d'Or marina and is ideal for guests who do not necessarily want to be dependent on a car. The beach, shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. A funicular railway connects the various districts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. The Vall D'Or golf course, the tranquil Portocolom with its charming natural harbour and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are just a few minutes away by car.

Villa Jaime is a holiday home on 2 floors with several terraces and a private pool. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room, the spacious kitchen with access to the pool area, a utility room with washing machine and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There are two further bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed and bathroom en-suite, the other with twin beds and also a bathroom en-suite. These bedrooms have access to a terrace.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, with fixed operating hours: 14:00 -16:00 & 22:00 - 06:00.

At the rear of Villa Jaime, a staircase leads to the pool area with large sun terrace, sun loungers, brick-built BBQ grill and dining area. A table tennis table is available.

Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Second cot/Highchair on request.
Pets are not allowed

Minimum stay is one week. Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
