Set in a residental area of Cala Sant Vicente, this modern style villa offers the privilege of being in walking distance to the beach (approx. 350 m). Divers will find a spectacular diving area in the waters of the small bays of this family friendly holiday resort. The popular old town of Pollensa is only a view minutes drive away, offering a nice pedestrian zone with shops, cafés, bars and a selection of restaurants with local and international cuisine. The lively Port de Pollensa, which is in approx. 10 minutes travelling distance, has a beautiful seaside promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. The long bay offers exellent conditions for surfering and sailing and some family friendly beaches.  

This elegant holiday home offers stylish and contemporary interiors and air-conditioning throughout. The living area and the bedrooms are split on two floors. The ample living area is on the groundfloor and consists of a seperate dining romm, large livingroom with large windows and spectacular views up to the sea and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Both living area and kitchen have direct access to the terrace and pool area. All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. 2 bedrooms, one with kingsize, one with twinbeds, are set on the groundfloor. Two more bedrooms equally one with kingsize, one with twinbeds are on the first floor. 

The house has a private pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds and sun terraces. The porch, which is overlooking the pool has been fitted with modern outdoor lounge furniture. A second terrace with nice views and sunshade serves as the dinner or breakfast terrace.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request
