Villa in a unique location on the headland between the coves of Cala Gran and Cala D'Or with private pool an direct access to the sea. Villa Belinda offers breathtaking sea views and is furnished in a beautiful Ibiza style.
Villa Belinda is located in the old part of Cala d'Or on the headland between the coves of Cala Gran and Cala d'Or. It is the perfect location for guests, who don't want to depend on a car. Beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants are all in easy walking distance (between 5 and 10 minutes on foot). The beautiful yacht harbour is just around the corner. To get from one part of Cala d'Or to the other, there is a small "train" shuttle available all day. The Vall d'Or golf course, the picturesque fishermen's village of Portocolom and the Cala Mondragó beach are all in a few minutes driving distance by car.
From the property there are steps leading down to the sea and to a platform with a ladder, providing easy access to the sea.
Distances stated for Cala d'Or are referring to walking distance. Due to the one way road system within the village driving distances can vary.
Villa Belinda offers magnificent sea views. All rooms are dispose of terracotta floor tiles and wooden ceiling beams and are furnished in the traditional style of an Ibiza home. There is an ample living and dining area with two lounges, doors towards the terrace and marvellous views of the garden, the pool and the sea. Next to the living area is the fully fitted kitchen, which has access to the covered terrace with dining table and lounge chairs. One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with twins are on the same floor. Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. On the first floor there is the third bathroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower en-suite. An outside staircase of the annex building is leading up to the tower bedroom. This master bedroom is fitted with twin beds and offers a bathroom with shower en-suite and a large, privat sun terrace with views of the bay.
Villa Belinda is a sunny and ample house with splendid views of the mature gardens and the sea. Each of the room has either a window and/or a door to the gardens.
The house is fitted with central heating and can be booked during all seasons.
Villa Belinda offers a large garden with an old pine tree population and a lot of space to unwind and to spend the day. The outdoor area offers a large pool and several sun terraces. It is terraced and very well maintained. Steps are leading the way down to the pool and to the sea level, where there is bathing platform with a ladder for easy access to the sea. The main terrace offers fantastic sea views. It is furnished with sun beds, lounge chairs and a dining table.
Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.
Minimum stay is 5 nights.
One linen change, one towel change and a light intermediate cleaning is included for bookings of 2 weeks and more.
The final cleaning is charged at € 300.00 and is payable directly on site.
On the day of arrival, a € 500 deposit will be charged to a credit card to be nominated in advance, which will be refunded after departure following inspection and approval of the house by the property management.
