Three of the bedrooms were accessed by separate entrances with no direct access to the main villa making it unsuitable for families with young children. The managing agent undertook to ensure fresh sheets and towels would be left in the property as we were staying for two weeks, this did not happen. No welcome pack supplied. Villa had partially used toilet rolls throughout with no spares. The kitchen was very poorly equipped; the toaster struggled to cook two slices of bread at a time for a property that accommodated 12 people and there were insuffient mugs. The safe was inoperable on arrival and one of the parasols at the poolside almost had more holes than material. Lovely location but overall very disappointing and the rope handrail down a stone staircase inside the property was woefully inadequate.

Casa Ramon house

This is a super house in a great location - the outdoor area is great and having the sea at the end of the garden is the dream. It's a short walk to both the Port and the town and so very convenient. The house itself is great, but for the price, the furnishing and finishing is very basic and not high-end, and we expected a bit more comfort for the price of the property. In addition we were disappointed that there was absolutely nothing in the property on arrival to help you settle in, no welcome pack, not a dish cloth or washing up liquid or even a couple of dishwasher tablets. It meant we had to buy absolutely everything for a week. There were also no pool towels, so we had to go and buy them for the trip, which was a bit rich when considering the cost of a week's stay. In addition the kitchen wasn't particularly well stocked - for example there were only 8 wine glasses in a house that sleeps 10 people. It's a great property - but the finishing touches were not there and we felt a bit short changed. The previous week we stayed in a house in Pollenca that was a third of the price and they had thoughtful touches everywhere. Dishwashing tablets, a few washing pods, salt and pepper in the kitchen, a few basics in the fridge and a welcome pack of basics on arrival, towels for the pool, a maid service half way through the week. Casa Ramon needs to up its game a bit for next season.

Einfach wunderschön

Einfach wunderschön. Tolle Finca, mega Anlage und der Strand ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön. Jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Ausblick war ein Traum. Sehr sehr ruhig, obwohl es nur wenige Meter ins Zentrum waren. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt

Wunderschöne Lage an einer perfekten Bucht. Finca auch groß genug für viele Personen. Für Personen die den Tag auf der Finka verbringen sehr gut, da die Sonne den Tag über auf die Terrasse und den Pool scheint. Für Personen die tagsüber unterwegs sind und die eher Abends auf der Finka sind, nicht so gut geeignet, da dann in den Bereichen wo man sich meistens aufhält keine Sonne mehr hinkommt. Zimmer und Bäder im Erdgeschoß und Untergeschoß modern und vernünftiger Standard. Die komplette 1 Etage ist allerdings weiter hinter dem Standard und müsste renoviert werden, damit die ganze Finka auf einem Standard ist. Betten leider in der ganzen Finka in minderer Qualität und nicht passend für so eine schöne Finka. Das ist ein klarer Minuspunkt. Zudem gab es keine wärmeren Decken für die Betten, nur ein leichtes Laken, und keine Poolhandtücher.
