Finca Soraya is a semi-detached house located just outside of Porto Petro and at only a few kilometres distance of Cala Mondragó. This lovely natural beach is in easy cycling distance and only minutes by car. The port and the seaside promenade of Porto Petro are in walking distance. The house is set on a fenced plot of land with trees and a variety of plants and a very nice pool area. Porto Petro is a small fishermen's village with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The house is a good starting point to explore the island and the villages nearby, such as Cala d'Or ans Santanyi. The Southeast coast is popular for the many nice beaches and bays.

Finca Soraya is a country house with two floors, which is furnished in an elegant and exlusive style. The combination of traditional elements and mondern style is a real eye catcher. On the ground floor there is an open living room with access to the fully fitted, modern kitchen with panoramic views and a large dining table. Next to the kitchen there are a pantry and a utility room. Also on the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedroom. Next to the living room there is a guest toilet. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms. One with a double bed and another one with twins. The third bedroom is external with a double bed and integrated shower room. This bedroom is connected by an outdoor staircase but can also be accessed from one of the first floor terraces. All bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and are fitted with air-conditioning, running on a timer. Hair dryers are available in all bathrooms.

Finca Soraya is a semi-detached house. The pool area and terraces of the houses are facing opposite directions and enjoy complete privacy. The houses are not overlooking each others pool areas. Both houses have a private pool and separate driveways.

Finca Soraya offers various furnished terraces, a marvallous pool with children's area and a BBQ house with work top and sink next to the pool.

Children are welcome, a baby cot is available on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
Air-conditioning on a timer: 13:00 - 15:00 hrs, 21:00 - 09:00 hrs.
Finca Soraya is a semi-detached house. The pool area and terraces of the houses are facing opposite directions and enjoy complete privacy. The houses are not overlooking each others pool areas. Both houses have a private pool and separate driveways.
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
