Semi-detached finca with 6 bedrooms and a private pool on the outskirts of Porto Petro, Mallorca. This country house, located just 800 meters from the small harbor of Porto Petro, has been completely renovated, incorporating local elements that give the house an attractive rustic feel.

Two-story country house. The ground floor features an open-plan living room leading to an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table. A pantry and utility room are located next to the kitchen. This floor also offers two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; each with an en-suite bathroom or shower – one of the bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. There is a guest toilet next to the living room. The first floor has three further bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds; each with an en-suite bathroom. The third double bedroom is an external room with a double bed and an integrated shower room. This bedroom is accessible via an external staircase as well as from a terrace on the first floor. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with sensors and the following set operating times: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM.

The outdoor area is a delight. A large saltwater pool with a separate children's area awaits you, surrounded by a fantastic sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Pool towels are also provided. Right next to it is a covered barbecue area with a built-in grill and a dining table for 12 people. At the rear of the finca, you'll find a table tennis table and a basketball hoop for some sporting fun.
