Finca Capricho in Porto Cristo
Modern, recently built country house close to Porto Cristo with private pool. Finca Capricho is in walking distance to the village centre of Porto Cristo and the beach. The house is fitted in a modern, comfortable style and enjoys a lot of natural light. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Finca Capricho is at approximately 500 metres distance from Porto Cristo, the beach is within 1,7 kilometres walking distance. Porto Cristo offers a beautiful marina, nice restaurants with seafront terraces, a seaside promenade and a good choice of shopping facilities. Manacor is 11 km travelling distance. Being the third largest town of Mallorca, Manacor offers a nice town centre with pedestrian zone, indoor market, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. The seaside resorts S'Illot, Sa Coma and Cala Millor are only a short drive away from Finca Luca and offer a variety of leisure activities, tennis courts, more shopping facilities and beaches with all amenities.
On two floors finca Capricho offers a lot of space and a friendly, sunlit ambiance. The ground floor layout includes a large living and dining area with french doors opening towards the terrace, a fully fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and one bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower. On the first floor are two more bedrooms both with bathrooms en-suite. One of the bedroom has a built in closet, both have private terraces. One bedroom has a double bed, one with twin beds. The bathrooms are modern and large. (Furnishing was not yet completed when we visited the house, it will be very similar to Finca Luca, f463, which is next door and has the same owners.)
Finca Capricho offers a large pool, lawns to play on and has a semi-covered terrace. Sun beds and shades are provided. There is a mobile wood fired BBQ.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
No pets please.
Beach towels are provided for.
The house is next to Finca Luca, f463.
A deposit of 300 ⏠is due on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure following an inspection of the property.
Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be booked on request.
Cleaning and weekly linen change are included in the price.
