Modern villa with private pool close to the beach. Villa Can Fiol is situated in a residential area at approx. 1.9 kilometres distance to Cala Marsal. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the picturesque port are in walking distance. The house has been furnished in a modern style and offers nice gardens and pool, private gym and 4 bedrooms.

Villa Can Fiol is in walking distance to the beach, the port and the restaurants of the picturesque harbour village Porto Colom. The closest beach is Cala Marcal, which is a fine sandy bay with crystal clear waters and good infrastructure. Porto Colom is very popular for its romantic little port and the excellent fine dining restaurants at the seafront. There are various beaches in short travelling distance and a golf course nearby.

Villa Can Fiol is furnished in a modern style and has a total of four bedrooms on two floors. The ground floor offers an ample living room with satellite TV, large fully fitted kitchen, private gym, two bedrooms with twin beds, two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with bathtub/shower, one bathroom with shower.

The gym is equipped with stepper, spinning bike, multifitness tower.
Air-conditioning is available in the living room, the master bedroom and in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor.
A third bathroom is outside in the pool house, next to the summer kitchen.

Air-conditioning: Use of the air-conditioning is optional and can be booked on arrival at a rate of 35,00 € per night. In addition all bedrooms are fitted with fans and also comfortable without the use of the air-conditioning.

Villa Can Fiol has a nice garden with private pool. The covered terrace with comfortable lounge is overlooking the garden and pool. A highlight is the summer kitchen with brick built BBQ, work top, sink, fridge, large dining table and bathroom with shower/toilet. Private parking for two cars.

Children are welcome, a cat and a high chair are available free on request.
