Finca Es Velar in Campos

Finca between Campos and Sa Rápita. The rural finca Es Velar is a traditional-style country house with a beautiful outdoor area and bright rooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Finca Es Velar is situated in an absolutely quiet location just 3 kilometres south of Campos, a rural village with a well-kept old town centre, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a typical weekly market with fresh fruit and vegetables from the region every Saturday. The popular Es Trenc beach can be reached from here in approx. 15 minutes. The area is very popular with cyclists thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths and varied routes. Golfers will find two top-class golf courses in nearby Son Antem. In Campos there is a good selection of restaurants with local and international specialities, cafés and shopping facilities. There are several riding stables in the neighbourhood. Thanks to its good connections, Campos is a good starting point for excursions to discover the island. Palma is less than 35 minutes away, the Tramuntana mountains are around 45 minutes away and the north of the island is less than an hour away.

Finca Es Velar is situated on a beautifully landscaped plot and has two floors. On the ground floor, you first enter a spacious and bright living room. Next to it is the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with en-suite shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway through a separate door.

A hallway leads from the living room to the kitchen. This is fully equipped and has a breakfast table and an exit to the outside area. The laundry room is on the other side of the hallway.

There are two further bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers plenty of space and a reading corner (the addition of two single beds is possible for an extra charge). It has a private terrace and a bathroom with shower en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the garden and pool area and also has a large en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. The bedrooms are all spacious and equipped with air conditioning. The use is optional and not included in the price and can be booked for €15.00/day.

The fireplace in the kitchen and wood-burning stove in the living room are only decorative and cannot be used.

Finca Es Velar has a very beautiful outdoor area with a mature garden. The surrounding land also belongs to the finca and is ideal for a short walk. There is a brick BBQ grill and a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and has sun loungers and a large parasol.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
The use of air conditioning is optional and is charged at €16.00/day. Please indicate at the time of booking whether you wish to use the air conditioning.
On arrival a credit card, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
2 extra beds possible for an extra charge in the large bedroom on the 1st floor. Per extra bed 40,00 €/night will be charged.
The organisation of parties and celebrations is expressly prohibited.
Group bookings whose participants are all under 25 years of age cannot be accepted.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
The final cleaning is charged at a one-off fee of € 155.00.
