この新しく改装されたフィンカで素晴らしい休暇を過ごしましょう。カラフィグエラの美しい漁港から徒歩約100メートルです。 約130㎡の居間には、食器洗い機付きの設備の整ったキッチン、常緑の谷の景色を望むダイニングルーム、暖炉付きのリビングルーム、洗濯機付きのユーティリティルームがあります。 上層階にはベッドルーム3室、バスルーム2室、暖炉付きの別のリビングルームがあります。 プールは約3.5 x 6 mです。 ベッドリネンとタオルもご利用いただけます（WIFIもあります）。 15. 06〜15. 15日の1泊あたりの価格は180ユーロ、残りの月間は160ユーロ、最終清掃費は120ユーロです。

Another Super Trip to Cala Figuera!

This is our third trip to this property with my wife and 12 year old twins. Once again, we had a brilliant time in this lovely finca. The outdoor space & facilities are excellent, and the pool is lovely. The house is clean and well equipped and the communication from Carola was outstanding. She is super helpful and ready to help at every stage. We look forward to returning soon!

Tolles Objekt, tolle Lage …

Wir sind regelmäßig in der Gegend Santanyi, Llombards, Cala Figuera und haben mittlerweile eine kleine, aber feine Auswahl an schönen Ferienhäusern, unter denen wir auswählen und die Sammlung ist um eine tolles Haus angewachsen. Sehr sauber, tolle Lage (5 min zur Bucht - zu Fuß), Ausstattung topp und Frau Rudolph immer erreichbar und für alle Anliegen da. Nur zu empfehlen 👍, vielen Dank 🙏

Einmalige Lage im Grünen

Ein solch schönes Haus haben wir schon seit Jahren gesucht: Absolut ruhig, uneinsehbar ganz in Grün eingebettet, sehr geräumig, liebevoll ausgestattet, mit großem Pool - dabei aber nur 5 Gehminuten vom idyllischen Cala Figuera und dem Meer entfernt. Der Kontakt mit der Maklerin, Frau Rudolph, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Was will man mehr? Wir jedenfalls nichts....und wir kommen deshalb natürlich sehr gerne wieder. Alle Daumen nach oben!

Great place to stay

This is our second time here and we had a superb time again. The finca is perfect for a family holiday with great outdoor space and a great size for a family. The communication and engagement with Carola was perfect throughout. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Die erfolgreiche Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung

Wir haben als Familie zwei fantastische Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca genossen. Bereits vor Antritt der Reise wurden wir von der Agentur in einer optimalen Mischung aus notwendiger Professionalität und angenehmer Herzlichkeit mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Die Finca selbst macht den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss. Sie ist maximal geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet. Tritt man ins Freie, entwickelt der ins Blickfeld rückende, azurblau gekachelte Pool eine magische Anziehungskraft. Mehrere Terrassen, die auf dem ruhigen & weitläufigen Grundstück verteilt sind, bieten mehr als genügend Möglichkeit, dem faulen Müßiggang zu frönen. Gelegen ist die Finca im wunderbaren Süden der Insel. Zu Fuß schlendert man gemütlich zum pittoresken Fischerhafen der 300m entfernten Cala Figuera. Für ein Bad im Meer finden sich im Umkreis von ca 10 Fahrminuten einige schöne Buchten. Zusammengefasst ist diese Finca eine wunderbare Basis für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Super Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber ! Sehr gemütlich! Tolle Atmosphäre! Mega Erholung :0) vielen Dank an Frau Rudolph! Die Kommunikation und Übergabe ist locker /reibungslos verlaufen ! Riesen Komplement ! Unterkunft empfehlenswert!

2 week family holiday in August 2019

We spent 2 weeks at this villa in August 2019. Our family is 2 adults and 3 children (aged 3-9 years). Overall it is a fantastic property and we had a super holiday. It is in a wonderful location, which is private and quiet. Arrival and departure was very easy with good communication with Carola. The property is about 45minutes from Palma airport and easy to find. It is just 2 minutes walk from the property down to Cala Figuera marina. The marina is beautiful and has a selection of restaurants and shops. We were also able to hire kayaks and a boat from the marina. Several big supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive in Santanyi. There are great beaches within half an hours drive, our favourite was Cala Mondrago. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of plates, glasses etc. There are 2 fridges which is useful. But only a tiny freezer at the top of one fridge so it was difficult to store more than one pack of Ice creams at a time! The living space is very generous, and there are several lovely eating areas within the garden. The welcome pack was written in German, so it took us a while to figure out basics such as where the BBQ was kept! Our only grumble during our stay was the pool kept turning bright green and cloudy. The first occasion was towards the end of our first week, as soon as we alerted Carola the pool was cleaned the same day. When it happened again a few days later and we contacted Carola, but the pool was not cleaned. On chasing it up again, the pool was eventually cleaned the evening we left. Unfortunately it meant our kids were unable to use the pool for the last 3-4 days of the holiday. On arrival the showers struggled to drain water away. We managed to remove the drain cover in both showers and remove a LOT of dirt which resolved the drainage problem. I wouldn't expect guests to need to do this.

Lovely finca in idyllic location

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children ageing from 11 to 75. Although the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed. The air con in all 3 bedrooms was a bonus, as the weather was very hot. We all enjoyed the pool, eating outside and there where various areas within the garden you could sit and relax. It is in a beautiful, idyllic spot, very quiet, lots of greenery and only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the waters edge and another 10 minutes scenic walk around the harbour into the town. Only drawback we found was the information sheet was only in German, which meant we did not know how anything worked when we first arrived, although Carola helped us with this the next day. There are 2 beaches within a 10 minute drive, our children loved Cala Santanyi and S’Amarador. Palma, Cala D'or and Santanyi market are all worth a visit, along with the Starfish Boat Trip that leaves every day from Cala Figueria harbour (it has slides off the boat for the children and adults). We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay in this finca again in the future.

Wonderful villa close to superb seaside town

We had a wonderful family holiday at this superb villa. It was wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need, and was in a very quiet and private location. The outdoor spaces and pool were sizeable and clean, and there were great facilities. The villa is a short drive to the nice market town of Santanyí, and a short walk from the beautiful seaside village of Cala figuera. Communication with Carola was fantastic throughout and she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We’d love to respond soon, and I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough.

Superschöne Finca bei Cala Figuera

Die Finca ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen, sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es war alles sehr sauber, ausreichend Wäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr schön, genügend hochwertige Liegen standen zur Verfügung. Die zwei Außen-Essplätze sind wunderschön angelegt. Nach 3 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Hafen von Cala Figuera, viele schöne Strände sind von der Finca aus mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen und auch jedem unserer Freunde weiterempfehlen.

Charmantes Haus in toller Lage!!!

Wir waren spontan im April in diesem tollen Haus und haben jede Minute sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt!!! Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schönes als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!!!

Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus! Alles gut durchdacht und praktisch. Wir haben uns gleich wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Schönes Geschirr und Gläser, große gemütliche Holztische mit schönen Stühlen draußen und drinnen; neue gute Waschmaschine; zwei Wohnzimmer, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte und eine sehr gute Musikanlage mit IPod u. IPhone-Anschluß. Aber das Beste ist der Außenbereich! Großer schön angelegter Stein-/Garten mit Pool und Blick ins Grüne Tal - uneinsehbar. Man denkt, man ist allein auf der Insel. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 5 Min. den romantischen Hafen Cala Figuera mit Restaurants, Bars usw. Wir hatten uns Räder gemietet und sind zu den Stränden geradelt - einfach herrlich! Wir freuen uns schon auf's nächste Jahr in diesem Ferienhaus.
