Villa Vincent is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Sant Vicenç. This romantic seaside village is at approx. 6 kilometres distance to Pollensa and has two sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.



This representative villa offers a large living area and modern bed- and bathrooms. The open plan ground floor has a lounge with open fireplace, dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The fully fitted kitchen is large enough to cook for 12 persons comfortably - and would also be ideal to have a private cook or catering business take care of you. The first floor is distributed into 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds have en-suite bathrooms, the bedroom with bunk beds and the twin bedroom on this floor area sharing one bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

What really stands out are the outdoor areas. The views from the large pool and the terraces are magnificent. There are various areas to chill and sit down, a dining table, large BBQ and sun terraces at the poolside. The 10 x 20 m pool is spectacular with its bridge leading from one side to the other.


Children are welcome. A cot and a highchair are available free on request.
