Finca Graciella in Pollensa

Lovely little holiday home with nice gardens and privat pool close to Pollensa. Finca Graziella is a holiday home kept in the traditional finca style with beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and a large BBQ area.

Finca Graziella is located in about 4 kilometres distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes and the famous Can Vidalet vineyards nearby. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Graziella has been furnished with attention to detail and upmarket furniture. On the ground floor there are a nice living/dining area with access to the porch and a wood burning stove, the fully equipped, modern kitchen with pantry and one double bedroom with shower bath en-suite. The first floor is open plan with a twin bedroom with full bathroom en-suite. It is connected to the ground floor by an open staircase and has no extra door. Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer.

Die Finca Graziella offers a very nice garden with large pool and beautiful views of the Puig de Maria mountain. The large BBQ area has a brick-built barbecue as well as a traditional pizza/bread baking oven, a work top and a sink.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
