Modern country house with upmarket interiors close to Pollensa. Finca Pelayo is located at only 1,5 kilometres distance to Pollensa and offers spectacular views of the countryside from various terraces.

Finca Pelayo is located in about 1,5 kilometres distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes and the famous Can Vidalet vineyards nearby. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Pelayo is a modern and exquisitely furnished holiday home. All on one floor it offers a sunny living-dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer.

Finca Pelayo offers a beautiful porch fitted with lounge furniture and a dining table. The terrace is overlooking the garden and the pool and offers magnificent views of the countryside. Next to the pool and its pretty sun terrace is a BBQ area with worktop and sink.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
