The modern apartment La Tejita Beach is located in Tejita and boasts a spacious terrace, ideal for relaxing. The light-flooded apartment with a mountain view consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one is a small room with a bunk bed and no windows) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet (accessible via the room with the bunk beds) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and a television. Your private terrace with a comfortable seating area and sun loungers, invites you to relax under the warm sun with a good book. In the shared outdoor area, you will also find a pool (heated), a children’s pool and an outdoor shower which are available for your use. Restaurants and bars are located approximately 4 minutes away on foot and the shopping centre Centro Comercial La Tejita is a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 5 minutes on foot (550 m) you will reach the nudist beach La Tejita and a smaller beach, Playa del Confital, is 8 minutes away on foot (650 m). Tenerife South airport is also only a 15-minute drive away (11.3 km)



The property has a garage one space available for parking. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Check-in outside of the permitted times must be confirmed with the homeowner in advance and comes with an additional charge (to be paid upon arrival). Check-in and check-out on 24th, 25, 31st December and 1st January come with an additional charge (to be paid upon arrival).

Schöne Wohnung, toller Pool, gepflegte Anlage.

Pros: Die Wohnung selber hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Cons: Obwohl ich mich rechtzeitig mit dem Verwalter in Verbindung gesetzt habe und unsere Ankunft für 14.00 Uhr avisiert hatte, war die Wohnung nicht fertig. Das kann sicherlich passieren, wenn an diesem Tag die Leute spät abgereist sind. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass man sich bei mir per WhatsApp gemeldet hätte und ich nicht mehrfach hätte nachhaken müssen. Gleiches bei der Abreise, der Verwalter hatte darum gebeten bereits am Freitag einen Schlüssel zu bekommen. zur verabredeten Zeit tauchte er nicht auf. Ich habe dann gewartet und wieder geschrieben, dann kam die Mitteilung er sei beim Arzt und wann wir Samstags abreisen würden. Der Termin am Samstag wurde dann pünktlich eingehalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Sprachbarriere!? Die Küchenausstattung an Geschirr war etwas spärlich, sodass man gezwungen war jeden Tag den Geschirrspüler anzustellen.
