This simple and cozy apartment is located in Santa Pola, Costa Blanca. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room with free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. From the house you have access to a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Excellent location, as it is only 100 meters from the beach and close to a variety of services such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and restaurants. This apartment is perfect for families with children and pets.

Santa Pola has a pleasant climate influenced by the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a beautiful old town and promenade. This area has great beaches with salt marshes and a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, as well as hiking and fishing trails.

Très bon emplacement près de la mer. Appartement spacieux. la climatisation dans les chambres seraient nécessaires. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Proximité des magasins et restaurant. santa pola est une ville très sympa mais bruyante. Lola (gérant immobilier) a été très disponible et à notre écoute. Seul point à revoir : faire payer la consommation électrique en plus du prix de la location nous ne semble pas justifiée. Cette consommation devrait être compris dans le prix de la location

Très agréable location

Très bien située centrale et à deux pas de la plage. Location spacieuse, propre. Ville accueillante, très bien organisée (crise sanitaire) Grand marché bi-hebdomadaire, restaurants, bars... Très bonnes vacances
