良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Our stay was just ok. The location was great & it was a spacious townhome. The kitchen had plenty of cups/mugs, we did not cook anything. However there were several items that were a turnoff.1. There were no kitchen towels, sponge or washcloth.2. The kitchen light is missing the cover, exposing the harsh fluorescent lights.3. No towels were in the bathrooms. We found wet towels in the dryer.4. The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work.5. The upstairs bathroom needs the tile redone, it was full of black mold/mildew. The shower curtain liner also had mildew growing & needed to be cleaned or replaced.6. The upstairs bathroom had mold/mildew growing on the ceiling.7. There wasn’t enough toilet paper so we had to go out & buy some. There also wasn’t any Kleenex.8. The bedroom door in the upstairs bedroom at the end of the hall would not close.The place needs attention, we won’t be back.

We truly wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send someone over to address them right away. Our goal is always to resolve issues while guests are still in-house so they can enjoy a comfortable stay. Regarding the towels and washcloths, we had ordered new inventory during your stay and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the toilet paper, we provide three rolls per bathroom for each reservation, though we understand that individual needs may vary. After receiving your feedback, we completed a walkthrough of the property with our maintenance team and carefully inspected the areas mentioned. While we did not observe mold on the ceiling or some of the other conditions described, we nevertheless appreciate the opportunity to review everything and ensure the home remains in great condition for future guests. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, spacious layout, and well-stocked kitchen. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. AirSimplicity Team
