About owner/property manager
We have two young kids and an English lab, Isis. We're active, and Green Lake has a lot of activities and amenities close by. We're a one-car family, and able to make it work. Green Lake has a good balance of access to downtown and neighborhood feel.

It was Kelly's favorite house in the neighborhood, and the stars aligned to make it possible for us to move in. It's been three years of renovations, but now we're all done.
What makes this Apartment unique
It's easy to access downtown, but there's a lake and a lot of activities within a mile or two (even Woodland Park Zoo). It's a popular Seattle neighborhood, particularly in the spring and summer.

Perfect location, great stay
This is the second time my family stayed at the apartment. The host was very helpful and responsive to messages. My family loved the design of the apartment - it is a cool, modern space that has everything we need (particularly a washer, dryer and modern kitchen). Lots of parking, recreation attractions, and bus stops are nearby. We plan to stay again in the future.
Great location and clean space!
Six of us stayed here and loved it. Being right next to Green Lake allowed us to take morning walk/runs around the Lake and walk down to local coffee/food spots to enjoy! Kelly was accommodating and reminded us to use the deck/patio which we ate dinner one night on. We also were in a great location to Uber to downtown or go more north if we wanted.

Excellent value, terrific location
This is a great getaway spot for a couple or small family. It is modern and clean, with everything you'll need to have a comfortable stay. We came with our two small children and it was great - the place even had some toys and books that the kids enjoyed. I walked to Green Lake, one block away, for a lovely morning stroll. We had a rental car, but I know the buses are close by and can take you downtown or most anywhere you need to go. I'm a Seattle native and know this location is terrific; plus, it's quieter and easier to park than downtown or the more touristy areas. This is a great value for what you get. Highly recommend.

Nice, quiet basement apartment with everything you need, right by the lake
My family and I (5 adults) came to Seattle for a long weekend. We used to live in town and were returning to some of our favorite spots. This was the perfect basement apartment for us for the long weekend. 1 block walk from Greenlake, but parking was still ample. Not really any noise to speak of.
The apartment is stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, etc. There is an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer as well. Some games & books for kiddos, etc.
It does sleep 6, but this can be a bit tight depending on people's sizes. One couple had the largest bed, I believe a queen size. My wife and I shared the full size bed, which was tricky for my 6' 4" height. Our final guest grabbed a couch, which they gave mixed reviews for sleeping quality. I believe there was an air mattress available, but we didn't make use of it.
For the price and location, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Would definitely rent here again in the future!
A beautiful neighborhood, very quiet and safe and one block from Green Lake with fabulous views and walking path. Only 2 miles from UW and 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Some great restaurants and coffee bars close by.
The apartment is very clean and well equipped with lots of space. Beds are comfortable and the whole apartment is like new.
The family live above but we did not hear them and we had all the privacy we could wish for.
Safe and secure with key code lock.
Would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice quiet residential area so close to everything.
We will certainly stay here again.
One block from Green Lake, which has a 3-mile walking/biking trail and baseball, golf, swimming, fishing, playgrounds, dog runs etc. Green Lake also has many shops, restaurants, coffee bars and services, and is less than 15 minutes to downtown. We are one block from the Metro 16 bus to downtown.
