The Space:

Our recently updated home is nestled in a serene neighborhood, welcoming families, couples, and traveling professionals. It’s just a stone’s throw away from a plethora of fantastic restaurants and bars downtown Lees Summit.



This spacious four-bedroom home boasts FOUR KING-size beds and A QUEEN-size bed, providing ample room for everyone. It’s bathed in natural light, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxation, sipping coffee in the cozy lounge, or simply curling up with a good book during the day. The central location ensures easy access to all the restaurants and shops within walking distance.



Conveniently located just 20 minutes away from downtown Kansas City, this home offers easy highway access. It’s surrounded by a quiet neighborhood with a spacious fenced backyard, and a grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings.



The home’s design exudes comfort and relaxation, featuring comfortable bedding and sheets, thoughtful furnishings, and a tasteful decor. It’s equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an easy-to-use smart lock.

Guest Access:

Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The garage is currently being used for storage and is off limits to the guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located near downtown Lees Summit in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in KC metro with families, professionals, artists and entrepreneurs.



Getting Around:

-If you're not bringing your car we have Uber/Lyft are your very accessible. The garage is off limits to guests at this time. Our driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL GUESTS—please contact us before making a reservation. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we need to provide prior authorization or preapproval for local bookings. This policy helps us manage our property effectively and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.



Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival.



PETS: We welcome well-behaved pets for a fee of \$50 per pet, per stay. If you add a pet to your reservation, Airbnb will charge for one pet fee automatically; any additional pet fees will be collected separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
