Pool Heating Disclaimer

Please note that pool heaters are weather-dependent. When outdoor air temperatures drop below 55°F, electric pool heaters will not operate, and pool water will remain cold. Even when temperatures rise slightly above 55°F but stay in the low 60s, the heater may produce minimal heat and may not significantly warm the pool.

The only way to guarantee a consistently warm pool during colder months is with a gas pool heater, which can operate in very low temperatures but requires substantial gas usage to maintain warmth.

By booking during cooler months, guests acknowledge that pool temperature and heater performance are directly affected by weather conditions, which are beyond the control of the property owner or management. We strongly recommend reviewing and acknowledging this information prior to booking to ensure clear expectations regarding pool heating during your stay.

When you stay at our vacation rental homes, we want to ensure your experience is comfortable and convenient right from the start. Each home comes with a thoughtfully prepared starter pack to help you settle in seamlessly. This pack includes:
