Charming 1Bed and 1Bath Studio apartment with large private backyard, grill, lounge chairs, table/umbrella, beach wagon etc... located across the street from Lido Beach - main entrance to beach 3-5 min walk.

Walking distance (approx 10 min) to world famous St. Armand's Circle. Fully equipped Kitchen with cooking and serving items, coffee maker etc...

Situated in the heart of Lido Key, a great place to enjoy outdoor adventures, incredible sunsets, world-class dining experiences, and boutique shopping in the warm sunshine of Florida's West Coast. Boating, Kayaking, fishing, tennis, golfing.

Guests are a short stroll from the white sands of Lido Beach, minutes from the vibrant tourist destination of St. Armand's Key, and a quick drive to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, or Longboat Key.

Our guest rooms will accommodate the needs of your party, whether it is the whole family, a romantic getaway, or a business trip to Sarasota. Ranging from our studio apartment to 2 additional units in the same property. We have options for a party of 2 or a group of 8 to share the same property. If your group requires multiple units, please call us so we can assist you.

Great little apartment 5 minutes from the beach. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The use of a beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were a big help since we flew in. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out back for our morning coffee. Close to shops and restaurants .If we are ever in the area again, we would consider rebooking it.

Perfect location for what we wanted. Everything was walkable, the property was quaint, and provided all the essentials for walking to the beach. A wagon, umbrellas, coolers, and chairs.

Cute condo with super easy access to the beach. It was well-stocked with essentials. My only complaint is it was not as clean as I'd hoped, and it could have used a pest treatment, as there were several millipedes and a weevil who joined us during our visit.

Comfortable well appointed room. Beach gear available for use but some chairs were broken. We appeared to be the only ones at the house so it wasn’t a problem finding ones to take to the beach.

This was listed as “charming” Between the cockroaches, the questionable stain on the top cotton spread that was clearly flipped over and tucked underneath the bottom end of the bed (they were clearly trying to hide it) and the half eaten piece of pizza underneath the kitchen sink behind the garbage can. No money was worth it. We sent a message and told them we expected a refund and that we contacted our lawyer. They did refund all but one night. I feel they should have given a full refund and they should be shut down as a VRBO. They also advertised having a cooler, laundry, beach chairs and beach cart for your use. What they didn’t tell you is you’re sharing this with two other units.The host communicated very little. Bad experience!

Great spot near Lido Beach!

We loved this studio! It was perfect for a short stay near the beach, which is about a 4-5 minute walk away. The unit was very clean with all the basics we needed, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler—which was great because we flew in from out of state and didn’t have room to bring our own beach equipment. Host is communicative and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Host!

This property is one block from from the beach! It’s half way between South beach and middle Lido beach, so you’re minutes from both. You’re also close to Saint Armand’s. Property is spacious and clean. The host is incredibly responsive and and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when in the area and highly recommend to others!

A short stay

Great location within walking distance to the beach. They provide everything you need to experience the beach. From beach towels to coolers to boogie boards and water noodles. As well as the beach wagon to transport everything. The host was available for anything that was needed. You will like this location and accommodations.
