Welcome to the villa Can Garba which welcomes you in a stunning setting surrounded by Mediterranean landscape and overlooking an olive grove. It is nestled in a rural idyll just 12 km from the coast with fine sandy beaches. Spread on 2 floors, the villa has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people. It also features Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a fireplace, 2 cots and a highchair. The outside area is completely fenced and impresses with a garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants and equipped with a barbecue as well as a sun terrace with 40 m² large pool (depth: 1.2 m - 1.9 m). Enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony with a glass of wine and relax in the shade or in the sun in one of the numerous sitting areas - sometimes with a view of the landscape, sometimes surrounded by greenery. In this picturesque environment surrounded by fields and nature you can relax and unwind and enjoy a beautiful holiday in the country!



Thanks to the proximity to the centre of Felanitx, which is 2.5 km away, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés in 6 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car to go to the fantastic bays with fine, white sandy beaches at the Cala Domingo and the Cala Murada, which are 12 km away and invite you to spend some time on the beach.



Pets are not allowed as there are animals on the property.

Beautiful rustic house in the Mallorcan countryside

Pros: The pool was warm and large however it needs a proper check of the chemicals used in it as we experienced some staining on swimsuits and hair that concerned us. We loved how spacious the villa was and we loved the beautiful terrace on which we had all our meals. We were a party of 8 and felt really comfortable with the ample space in the house and the outside area.You will experience a lot of animal noise at night from the nearby sheep herds (bells, bleating) , roosters and dogs - it didn’t bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers. Also house was very clean on arrival so that’s a big positive. Cons: There are some small maintenance issues in the house that can hopefully be fixed for new guests: leeky outside shower, rusty shower head, broken shower hooks. The decor is a small bit dated and the garden surrounding could be better organised in terms of general maintenance, order and tidy up (water hoses thrown all over the garden, weeds, broken fences -general feeling of lack of upkeep which takes away from the experience.

Gute Lage im Landesinneren mit Blick auf den Pool

Pros: Wir waren eine Gruppen von 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im alter von 9 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf das Kloster San Salvador. Wir hatten 5 Schlafzimmer. Diese waren Landestypisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen Pool, wenn man keine Lust hatte an den Strand hatte, hat man einen Pool Tag eingelegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch genügend. Entweder in Felatnix selber oder in Manacor. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto . Unser Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig um den Pool gekümmert. Wenn wir ein anliegen hatten, hat er sich umgehend gekümmert. Da er sehr gut deutsch spricht, gab es keine Probleme bei der Verständigung. Am ersten Tag war die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ein Anruf und ist gekommen, er hat diese noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war auch sehr gut. Es gab alles was das Herz begeht an Küchenmaschinen , Heißluftfritteuse, Küchenmaschinen etc. Es gab sowohl draußen wie drinnen genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Cons: Es gibt nur 1 Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die ist natürlich für das Haus zu wenig. Aber es gab im jedem raum eine Ventilator. Bei der Hitze natürlich nur warme Luft. Die Schlafzimmer ist für Leute die nicht gut zu Fuß sind nicht zu empfehlen, da es bei der Treppe keinen Handlauf gibt.

Gut ausgestattete Finca mit vielen schattigen Plätzen

Pros: Durch den alten Baumbewuchs hatte man schöne schattige Plötze z.B. auf der Terasse oder dem Pool, der auch schön groß und warm war. Am Pool war eine Duschkabine mit Toilette. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit einem großem Kühlschrank mit Eisbereiter den wir gut genutzt haben. Die Finca war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir uns wegen der Wärme meistens draußen aufgehalten haben. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und einen Kleinkind dort. Bis auf das Kröhen einiger Hähne und das entfernte Bellen eines Hundes war es sehr ruhig dort, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Cons: Manche Betten und Matratzen sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Wenn zuviel gleichzeitig duschen ( 3 Bäder ) reicht das Warmwasser wegen des Durchlauferhitzers nicht, da kann die Dusch schon mal kalt ausfallen. In den Schlafräumen sind keine Klimaanlagen, Aber wenn man nachts alle Fenster öffnet und die Lüfter, die in jedem Zimmer sind, einschaltet geht es einigermassen.
