Decent, quiet base. Nice break, car essential.

Large villa which felt in the middle of nowhere but still only a few minutes away from a large supermarket and 15/20 mins away from the resort of Cala d'Or. Car is essential due to the location. No air conditioning in the bedrooms so they did get extremely hot, again, however, we were aware of this and there is air conditioning in the living area. The listing is slightly incorrect, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 twin and one double - both with bathrooms with baths, then there are 2 downstairs, one twin and one double and that bathroom has the shower and washing machine (no lock on this bathroom!) We had a few problems with the water / electricity however the owner was very prompt and came out to resolve right away. Overall, this was a nice villa, more dated than the pictures would have you believe but still a nice, functional villa that provides a good, quiet base. Pool was a good size, nice temperature and provided hours of fun for the children.

Excellent

Excellent villa with spacey rooms. Lots of kitchen equipment. Cheap when split between 10. Definitely need a car to get anywhere, but if you have a car and don't mind driving, or if you just don't want to leave the villa then it's fine. 20 minute drive to the beach with great choice of beach locations. Host was very helpful, communicative, and let us check out late on the last day. Would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

Air conditioning

Its is a huge problem with no aircon in any sleepingroom, when you visit the House in july. The temperature outside is the same AS inside. The Living ROM with aircon was perfekt .
