Indoor Living Spaces
Gather up the family and make yourself cozy in our expansive living room, complete with a wrap-around sectional sofa lined with plush chaise cushioning. Stream your favorite shows or excite the gamer in the group with the Xbox S— all on a 75” Smart TV! For some friendly competition, there's an abundance of board games provided; Not into streaming? Challenge each other with classic board games or let the kids take over upstairs for their very own movie night.

Cooking & Dining
Are you a master of the kitchen? This fully-equipped kitchen has everything for your cooking adventures. Generously stocked with a spice rack, baking sheets, pots & pans galore – plus necessary tools like blenders, crockpots and a toaster – there won't be an ingredient or technique left unperfected in any dish. Afterwards, savor special meals in our spacious dining room seating up 8 lucky guests while overlooking your backyard oasis! Additional seating for 7 between the kitchen table and island. Or dine alfresco and soak in your outdoor paradise, complete with dining space and lounge area.

Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms
The home sleeps up to 12 people, making it an ideal space for family reunions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, wedding parties or traveling with friends! All of the bedrooms are outfitted with incredible mattresses that we regularly get compliments on. They're so good we bought one for our own house!
The perfect abode for family and friends, the home is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms perfectly situated on one level. Resting easy won't be a problem as 3 of these rooms offer luxurious king-sized beds while the 4th reveals its laid back vibes through an inviting twin over full bunk bed frameset that also includes a cozy trundle underneath. All of the bedrooms are equipped with 55in Smart TV's so you can wind down with a movie or your favorite show.

Outdoor Living Spaces
Get ready for luxury in your own backyard. Relax under the covered patio with a grill sizzling, dinner on the outdoor dining table, and cozy lounge chairs perfect for an evening spent star-gazing. And that's before you dive into the heated pool featuring its very own thrilling slide! An in-ground hot tub awaits to melt away any cares or worries of every day life - all just steps from your back door!

Pool Expectation:
Our pool can be heated year-round! During the coldest days of January and February, it may take a little longer to reach the set temperature, so thanks for your understanding. While it won’t get as warm as a hot tub, the pool is usually maintained around 86ºF from November through April/May.

Please note:
1. Pool heating is available for $50 per day.
2. Heating availability may depend on outdoor temperatures.
3. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

NOTE: This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein.

This is a pet-friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted.

We use Minut noise monitoring devices in our homes. These are decibel monitoring systems that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Other Notes:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

Pet Fee is $250 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.
Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
