Welcome to Alamo Oasis Estate part of Alamo City Retreats a house perfect for a large family or group of friends. Relax in the pool awhile or enjoy the hot tub after a long day out exploring the city. Just want to stay in? No problem! Have an outdoor movie night with the projector or watch a game outside, play games in the game room, or eat together as a family with ample seating for everyone. With 4 spacious bedrooms, everyone has space to relax at the end of the day.

~Private Pool - we can heat the pool for $75/night, we require the pool to be heated the whole stay to maintain temperature.

House Rules

We DO NOT allow parties, pets or outdoor/portable speakers. The neighborhood does not allow RVs, Motorhomes or Boats.



LOCALS please message us before booking.



Also a couple of things to note about our property we are in a beautiful neighborhood filled with trees so during the year there may be excess leaves falling into the pool however we will clean the pool and hot tub prior to your stay.



It is common for mosquitos to be around in San Antonio, we treat for them regularly but cannot guarantee they won't visit you on your stay.



Fireplace is inoperable

1st Floor -

Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room w/ half bath, washer and dryer, seating for 8 people and additional kitchen table with seating for 6.

Entry Room - Futon, Working Desk & Monitor with TV and seating

Game Room - Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Foosball & PacMan Arcade

2nd Floor -

Master Bedroom - King Size Bed with private master bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom also includes a private desk for working remote. This room has Balcony access

Bedroom #2- Queen Bed, this room has balcony access

Bedroom #3- King Bed, this room has balcony access

Bedroom #4 Twin over Full Bunk bed with additional twin bed

Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo



The house is close to all the main attractions in San Antonio including

Guest Access:

Comfortably park two cars in the driveway or more on the street in front of the house.

Quiet older suburban neighborhood



Getting Around:

The driveway can fit 2 standard cars and there is parking on the street.



Other Things to Note:

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property’s quiet hours from 9PM-8AM on Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am on Friday & Saturday these are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Minut technology. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

Minut monitors sound levels (but does not record any sound or image). Minut will notify the host of any excess sound levels outside of quiet hours. Any attempt to remove Minut device or ignore quiet hours will result in guest cancellation.
