Summary:

Welcome to Trillium Shores, a cozy lakeshore retreat tucked among the trees in West Michigan. Thoughtfully set for comfort and relaxation, the home offers privacy, seasonal lake views, and an easy five-minute walk to stair access leading to a semi-private Lake Michigan beach. Beach towels and chairs are provided, and the inviting three-season expandable living room is perfect for slow mornings, shared meals, games, or peaceful evenings surrounded by nature.



The Space:

The home features an open-concept living design with hardwood floors, a mosaic tile entry, and expansive retractable plaza doors that open fully into a covered, screened-in three-season porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The porch is fully furnished for comfortable three-season use and offers a peaceful place to take in the surrounding woods, with the gentle sounds of nature creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen includes cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, a center island, and stainless-steel appliances, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.



Sleeping accommodations are spacious and thoughtfully arranged. The entry (lower) level offers a large open sleeping area with two queen beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and laundry. The main (upper) level includes two additional queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with double vanity and a bathtub featuring dual shower heads, and a primary bedroom with its own private deck.



Beginning in 2026, the property will feature several upgrades, including new hardwood flooring in all bedrooms, new beds, and enhanced amenities. Guests will enjoy hotel-style comforts such as full-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, plush towels, and premium bedding, ensuring a comfortable and well-appointed stay throughout.

Additional Things to Know:

⭐️ Dogs are welcome! We allow one, up to 50 pound dog at the property at a time. Dogs must be on leashes at all times when outside and may not be left unattended in the property. Please note that our association requires dogs to be on leash at all times and fines may be imposed by the the association if guests do not follow association rules.



Guest Access:

Private driveway parking is available with 2 spaces. Additional parking for up to two cars is located to the right of the driveway near the large tree. Please park ONLY in designated areas and do not park on the grass, as it covers the septic system. There is a smart lock on the door that you will receive a code to prior to your arrival.

Take a short walk to the shared private beach access (Trillium Shores Association) on the pristine shores of Lake Michigan, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. For dining, consider a short drive to nearby restaurants offering fresh seafood and local cuisine. If you're looking to explore, drive a few minutes south to Holland State Park, known for its iconic lighthouse and beautiful beaches. For your convenience, there are also shops and grocery stores a short drive away for all your essentials. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and relaxed pace, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
