The holiday home, which is part of a two-family house and has its own entrance, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 double bunk beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, fans and cable TV. The spacious outdoor area includes a large lawn area equipped with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing sunshine hours, as well as several seating areas and a barbecue. Prepare delicious meals in the fresh air and enjoy them with your loved ones while enjoying the view of the sea. You reach a supermarket and a small selection of restaurants after 1.8 km. The beautiful coastal town of Quartu Sant Elena with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 30-minute drive away. The long, sandy beach Spiaggia di Kala e Moru is less than one minute on foot from the apartment, where you can enjoy the calming sound of the waves and forget the stress of everyday life!
