This unique property is located downtown on the river at the end of Hermosa St. next door to Cotton Hole park.

This listing consists of the main house as well as an optional attached guest suite located above the garage with a separate entrance.

The main property (3200 sq/ft) includes garage parking and 3 additional spots in the driveway. The optional guest studio (300 sq/ft) above the garage, offers it's own kitchen, living area, full bath and private balcony.

The main house has a front porch, a side porch, a large back deck with a hot tub and a grand stair case descending to the back lawn.

Enter into an open atrium layout with radiant floors, a wood burning fireplace, a rotating Samsung Frame TV and a bar.

The Kitchen is highlighted by a 14 foot waterfall island seating six, a designated dining room, wine bar and a back of house pantry and laundry area.

2nd Floor consists of 2 queen bedrooms sharing a full bath with tub. The Master suite has a large gas fireplace, a full balcony overlooking the river, walk in closet, a steam shower and soaking tub. There are automatic privacy shades throughout.

The loft space boasts a private King bed room and sitting area as well as a gym and half bath

Guest access
This listing is for the Main house only with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths for a maximum of 8 guests. The Guest Studio above the garage can be added for additional guests or for groups just looking for more space and privacy. The Guest Studio is a completely independent unit with a kitchen, King bed, full bath, living area and balcony. This unit can be added for $200 per night with an additional cleaning fee. Please note that the Guest Studio will not be rented to a 3rd party if you choose not to rent it. Please inquire with further questions.

Other things to note
We wanted the cost of our listing to be reasonable for single couples to enjoy the offering and our price structure reflects this. The base price is for two people occupying the master bedroom. A fee of $50 for each additional guests compensates for the overall impact on the property. We've found this to be the most fair way to structure this offering. Please accurately input your total guests when prompted.

The private backyard and beach is for your group only.

The Airstream seen pictured operates as shady place to hang out by the river or can be used for over night camping for the adventurous.
