Welcome to The Beagles Lake House! This magical cottage with its historic charm, thoughtful touches, and incredible lake views will steal your heart!

Pull up a rocker on the covered porch and soak in the stunning views, where a few steps take you right to the Lake Junaluska walking trail.

Filled with amenities to make your fur babies feel welcome, a portion of all rental proceeds is donated to dog rescues.

Easy access and a central location makes this the perfect year round mountain getaway.

The Beagles Lake House is hosted by Loriel and Adam of Keaton Cottages. Loriel is a licensed real estate agent.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage and property during their stay.

Set in the most beautiful lakeside neighborhood, and just steps to the water, take a stroll around the 2 mile lakeside walking trail, cast a fishing line (license required) or rent a kayak or canoe. There are so many wonderful outdoor amenities! Our guests may also purchase passes for the lakeside pool, which is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is also mini golf, corn hole, shuffleboard and tennis available with this pass.

The Beagles Lake cottage is quite dog friendly and boasts a number of pet friendly amenities for our four legged guests including:
-Fully fenced section of the backyard with doggie waste station
-Long lines in both the front and back yard
-Gated back deck
-Small/Medium Crates, Dog Beds, Bowls
-Outdoor covered dog bed

The owner donates 10% of the rental proceeds to Triangle Beagle Rescue of NC, as well as the 15/10 Foundation which is a non profit that partners with dog rescue organizations in North America to offset cost of medical care for dogs in rescues so it is not an impediment to adoption.

-Guest must climb stairs
-Main level has a step free side entrance and both bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen, dining and living area are on this level.
-Lower level has the second living area, laundry, and another full bath.
