The Buckskin Ranch Compound offers two separate, fully equipped luxury homes, allowing your large group to gather in grandeur while still enjoying personal space and privacy. The homes are connected by a private driveway, separated by only 0.1 miles.

Home 1: The Buckskin Ranch Estate (5 Bedrooms / 4 Washrooms)
The sprawling ranch-style Estate is the main event, set on vast private acreage with breathtaking, unobstructed 360° views.

Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home, featuring top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, multiple ovens, and a 6-burner gas cooktop.

Entertainment Hub: The finished walkout basement features a pool table (converts to ping pong), a wet bar, and recreation space.

Bedrooms: 5 spacious bedrooms located on the lower level, featuring: one King bed, three bedrooms with Queen beds, and one additional bedroom featuring two Queen beds.

Private Driveway: The compound is accessed via a private driveway. The Estate is 0.1 miles from the entry road, and the Cabin is 0.2 miles from the entry road, ensuring ultimate peace and quiet.

Proximity to Adventure: Pebble Creek Ski Area is just 15 miles; the renowned Lava Hot Springs is 32 miles; only 8 miles to Pocatello dining & essentials.

Guest Access
Guests will have private access to both homes, the finished walkout basements, and the entire immediate surrounding yard and patio areas of the compound.

The Property & Equestrian Grounds
The Buckskin Ranch is home to two horses residing on-site seasonally. While guests enjoy exclusive privacy within the two main homes and their immediate yard areas, please note:

On-Site Caretakers: To ensure our horses are well-tended, a professional caretaker sometimes resides on the property in a separate studio ("shouse") or horse trailer located at the very top of the driveway.

Privacy: These staff quarters are situated away from the two guest homes to ensure your group’s privacy is never compromised.

Equestrian Life: You may occasionally see staff feeding or grooming the horses in the corral areas. They are often accompanied by their Bernese Mountain Dog, who is always contained within the horse trailer or studio area and does not run freely. We kindly ask that guests enjoy the horses from a distance for safety.

Other Things to Note
Parking: Ample parking for numerous vehicles. RV parking is available upon request. AWD/4x4 recommended in winter months (Nov–Apr).

Utilities: Features forced air heating and central air conditioning in both homes.

Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; perfect for remote working. However, wifi and cellular can be spotty at the entrance to and on the long driveway, so please enter your directions in your phone prior.
