New Cozy home walk Village/Shuttle Bus/ Pool Table

Summary:

Beautifully decorated for comfort and cozy. Our vacation home would like to welcome you and your group. Your whole group will enjoy everything our home has to offer including a finished basement with entertainment games such as Pool table, Foosball table, more sitting area and an extra full bathroom as well.



Our Kitchen is fully stocked. We have 4 comfortable beds, 2 Sofa beds and 4.5 bathrooms to share.



Walk to the Blue Mountain Village is only 7 minutes or take a free shuttle bus.



The Space:

Newly built and very conveniently located with only 7 minutes walk to the Village. Or take a free shuttle bus as well.



Main Floor:

- beautiful dining table and sittings for 8 guests

- open concept space with lots of sitting area and gatherings around the kitchen island

- 2 Sofa beds

- fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine

- overlooks a peaceful and wooded backyard

- BBQ with our Weber natural gas bbq

- powder bathroom



Second Floor:

- master bedroom has 2 queen beds, an ensuite bathroom with double sink, a separate soaker and a large shower

- 2nd bedroom has a King bed

- 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and access to patio

- shared bathroom

- full laundry and detergents



Basement:

- entertainment area with Pool table, Foosball table and TV area to watch your movies or sports

- extra full bathroom as well



Parking:

- 1 car inside the garage

- 1 parking spot in the driveway

- visitor parking is limited and is first come first serve



Beach access is seasonal. Closed after September 3rd, 2024. Open in 2025 is TBA.
