Flat with sea view This beautiful flat is part of a residential complex with 3 pools, 2 sun loungers and parking spaces. The flat is equipped with internet access, satellite TV, a DVD player and a balcony with views of the Teide.
This 65 m² flat was completely renovated in 2010 and has a bedroom with a large wardrobe, double bed (200 cm wide) and flat-screen TV. In the living room with air conditioning there is a dining area and a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances and utensils such as an oven, a cooker with four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washing machine. The flat is also equipped with free internet access, satellite TV and a DVD player.
The flat also has a balcony. Here you can experience one of the most beautiful sunrises and have a wonderful view of the sea and the Teide.
