Layout of the house: The single-storey house has gas heating, a fireplace in the living room and a tiled stove in the kitchen. The living area of the house is 75 square metres and consists of the following rooms: A living room with TV, CD radio and sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed; a second bedroom with double bed and CD radio; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
Location of the house: We warmly welcome you to our well-equipped holiday home. Our holiday home is located in a quiet area at the foot of the large Ebersberg on the Erbstrom. It is 200 metres to the main road. A gravelled country lane leads to the house. As part of an old mill, the house was converted into a residential building in the 1960s and partially renovated in 2022. It is characterised by its cosy atmosphere. The house is surrounded by green meadows and forests. It is 6 kilometres to the Rennsteig.
Activities: The landlords live on a neighbouring property about 100 m away. There are cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, chickens and horses. Our holiday home guests can also benefit from this. You can get to know our animals by feeding, grooming, riding and stroking them. We offer the following activities with the animals by arrangement: - Guided riding, children's riding - Vaulting - Curative education with horses - Riding as a sport for people with disabilities - Help with the care and grooming of our animals - Guinea pigs and rabbits as petting animals - Holidays with your own horse Special features: The holiday home Berlinchen is located outside the village in a hamlet with a total of four houses. Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a 200 metre gravel path. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for nature lovers of all ages. Surroundings: The distance to the next village Ruhla/ district Thal with shopping facilities, bakery, butcher, outdoor pool and indoor tennis centre is 1 km. It is 3 km to Wutha-Farnroda with its railway station and other shopping facilities, pharmacy and medical centre. The bus stop is 200 metres away on the main road. Pure nature There are a number of popular hiking and excursion destinations in our neighbourhood. Some destinations are within easy walking distance. You can wander through the Thuringian Forest, hike the Hörselberge mountains or follow in the footsteps of wild cats in the Hainich National Park. - Thuringian Forest and Rennsteig (6 km) - legendary Hörselberge (4 km) - Hainich National Park (15 km) Sport active If you like to spend your time on the rocks and climbing like we do, you will find many beautiful and challenging climbing tours in our area, e.g. in the Lauchagrund in Tabarz (15 km.) Outdoor area: The house is surrounded by a 500 square metre property with a fenced garden and lawn as well as a small play area with sandpit. There is garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. There is a fire bowl in the garden for cosy hours in the evening. The property is suitable for dogs. There are paddocks and a riding arena in the immediate vicinity of the house.
