With three spacious bedrooms, featuring one king bed, one queen bed, one full bed, plus two pullout couches, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day on the water. The two bathrooms offer refreshing showers, ideal for rinsing off after boating or scalloping adventures. Enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning and heating, then wind down by hanging poolside or watching the sun dip below the horizon as the sky lights up in brilliant coastal colors. Whether you’re casting lines at sunrise, scalloping by day, or sharing sunset views with family and friends, this welcoming retreat is the perfect place to recharge and create lasting memories. A boat slip is included with the condo. They are currently under construction, but will be completed soon.
