The well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, plenty of cabinet and counter space and all you'll need to cook your meals!

There are two bedrooms on this level as well. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to the patio area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The 2nd floor is perfect for kids of all ages, with 2 connected bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and through the twin bedroom is the 2nd upstairs bedroom with 1 queen bed. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs.

600 Queens Grant has a fantastic outdoor space, accessed through the living area sliding doors. Guests can enjoy a propane grill, dining table and lounge chairs.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
