Fantastic spot

Great place to stay. Minutes walk to the beach and shops. Loved seeing the turtles in the water outside the balcony every morning. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Getaway for Family

Great location…for just a walk to the beach, it was perfect; but w/children and gear for the day, we drove and were let out @ the beach and returned the car to the condo. Enjoyed the stay!!

Great location and perfect space!

This location was great! We loved walking to Coligny Plaza with all the shops and also walking to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The inside looked just like the pictures and we loved the space. Plenty of storage in all the rooms and bathrooms which is a major plus.

Short get away

The condo is in a great location and very spacious. Was great for a few short days on HHI. Loved that we had a regular size kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo.

Beach access & shopping/restaurants nearby

The villa was roomy and clean. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking in. Enjoyed being able to bike or walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Might be a bit of a long walk to beach if you’re lugging lots of gear, but definitely doable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great memories made

Enjoyed the pool! Location was great! Only a short walk to the beach, walking distance to many eating places, and close to grocery stores. It was clean and just like the photos. Worked great for our family of six! We had a wonderful time.

One could live in this condo all year round. Absolutely they thought of comfort, design, convenience, beautiful and spotless!! For three of us to have our own bedroom was fantastic! Will definitely return more than once a year! Thank you!

Fantastic family getaway!

We live in the northeast and hadn’t been back to HHI in 7 years. This was our first time staying in a condo (previously rented a house with extended family). The accommodations were perfect! Our teenage sons each had their own bedroom while my wife & I enjoyed the master BR with king sized bed. The walk / bike ride to the beach and Coligny shopping area was short and easy. And the communication with property mgmt was excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

Very Nice Place for Families

Property is very nice, well decorated and maintained. Had 3 rooms with their own bathrooms along with a loft with a couple of beds. The lagoon in the back is a great place to sit and drink a morning coffee. The only small ding is that the wifi coverage wasn't great, especially in the Master bedroom. Nothing a google mesh router or something similar wouldn't easily fix though. From a location standpoint, it is an easy walk to the beach. I do recommend renting bikes to get around the rest of the property as the store, tennis/pickleball courts, and restaurants are a ways away. All in all, a very nice place and we enjoyed our vacation there.

The contract signup process was ridiculous, I never have to do that with VRBO. Cleaning expectations unreasonable for the price, never been asked to wash towels before

Great place to stay - good beach supplies and kitchen is stocked. Drawbacks - the pull out bed was terrible and should not be counted in sleep head count. maintenance was good about a "half solution" but required lugging mattress toppers on and off each night we were told beach access was right across street and it is down a bit. rest was great

Family Oriented

Overall, this property was a good vacation spot. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, and a little longer than preferred with a toddler. The property management is great, and responded quickly to the washer not starting making it hardly an inconvenience. Everything you need and want is within walking distance or a very short drive. The property was clean, and the pool area was well kept. It’s a great spot if you’re visiting the Hilton Head area for the first time. Thank you!

Great for a week stay

Condo is clean, spacious and quiet. Elevator and luggage carts were appreciated. Location was great. Reservation contract seemed cumbersome, but doable. Living room TV should be upgraded to smart TV. Luckily we brought our roku. Seems like more than one pack of dishwasher detergent could be supplied. No cleaning supplies available.
