Beach cottage steps from the beach and just 1 mile from Coligny Plaza!

The main house sleeps up to 8 guests. You can extend to up to 12 guests by adding the separate 1-bed/1-bath apartment on the property that sleeps 4 - please inquire (additional fee).

Main cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with plenty of seating, and dining room. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin bunk beds and a full-size fold out sofa bed. There are two bathrooms both with showers (no tubs). A larger bathroom is accessible in the hallway and through the king bedroom. The second bathroom is a bit smaller and is accessible from the queen bedroom. Towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo/conditioner are provided.

The 1-bed apt. features a fully equipped kitchen/dining combo and living room with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a king bed. Bathroom is accessible from the bedroom.

On a quiet, dead-end street, it’s perfect for kids with front and back porches and fenced in yard. Only one mile from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, it's well-located to restaurants, shops, and activities, and is the ultimate launch point for biking and exploring Sea Pines and the rest of the island.

This house was just perfect for our family! It was very clean and well-kept and is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely backyard. Everything was updated, including a very nice shower that included soap, shampoo and conditioner. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk to the beach, which was not too crowded in that area. They had a beach wagon which was great for hauling our stuff, including lots of beach chairs for our use. I would highly recommend this house!

We just loved our stay at this cottage and would love to come back! It was the perfect size and setup for four adults and just a short walk to the beach. Several days we also walked to Coligny Plaza for coffee and it was so nice to get some steps in. HHI is set up nicely for walkers/bikers. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we might need, including the kitchen. We had one question for the owner and they responded the same day. Overall no complaints!
